SELECTION
Regardless of the vessel you use to brew your coffee, a great cup starts with a great bean, a great roast and the blending of great roasts. The farmers that grow and harvest our selections know the soils, crops and how to harvest, helping us get it right.
Roasting Coffee
It is said, repetition is the mother of skill. Craftsmanship requires patience, artistic endeavour and drive. Our
roasters are a skilled, passionate and patient lot, consistently creating the perfect roast. Roasting in small batches, using exacting profiles we developed.
WHOLE BEAN coffee
Extraction. Getting the best out of each and every cup is truly an art. Imagine grinding freshly roasted coffee, precisely measuring and pouring hot water over the fresh grounds. That aroma puts your senses in play. For you to have such an experience, requires that we make this possible each and every roast. To ensure this consistency we roast in small batches daily and follow strict packaging processes. Since air is the enemy of fresh coffee, our zip lock resealable bags feature an exit valve, helping you maintain freshness. After use, simply reseal the bag and gently squeeze the bag around the exit valve to expel as much air as possible.
SINGLE-SERVE CUPS
Convenience doesn’t mean having to compromise on quality! Each Beaver Rock single serve coffee cup contains a full 10 grams of perfectly roasted premium coffee; an amount we suggest makes a perfect 8 oz serving, however, if you prefer a stronger or weaker brew, we believe you should have the same experience each and every time.
